N Bank is equipped with an integrated IT portal system that can perform all IT tasks, such as IT investment, budget, assets, service requests, and access security. It has upgraded its system in five stages to improve its IT-governance system. Through this approach, it achieved IT control, operational efficiency, and work automation systems.
