Background

As the complexity of IT infra and service applications operated by N Bank increases, IT management points also increase, following the rise in cloud transition and the number of occurrences of failures and uncertainty on operations. Thus, there is a need for a system that can proactively detect failures and monitor abnormal signs.

Details

N Bank established an analysis and prediction system (AIOps) to apply previously introduced big data collection tools, manage the overall process of AI engine introduction, application, learning, model creation, and monitoring, the core of the failure prediction system, and improve pre-cognitive and post-analysis capabilities through multifaceted integration of various types and large amounts of data collected in the integrated monitoring system.
