The K Project and its Upgrade of Operation Management System – Establishment of an Abnormality Detection System

Background

While upgrading the K financial institution's product service system and rebuilding the marketing hub and non-face-to-face system, there is a need to establish a system to secure system availability for related system infra and service applications, and to perform preliminary detection of failures and monitoring of abnormal signs.

Details

By building an abnormality detection system, we created raw data and an AI model by using AI technology. Based on this approach, the project implemented pre-detection and propagation functions to address failures. Moreover, to detect abnormalities in advance, the project has built an abnormality detection system that utilizes dynamic thresholds for continuously changing performance data, rather than static-based threshold management.
