Background

This project aims to build a system that manages the life-cycle of IT assets by establishing a company-wide IT management system through the digitization of IT asset information. The system automatically updates its status and key information by monitoring the status of its assets.

Details

Before establishing the system, K company experienced many difficulties in implementing and managing assets as it was managing its IT assets manually (Excel) through an operating company. Thus, the project introduced an IT asset management system to collect asset information automatically and establish an IT asset management portal to manage asset information and configuration information, such as IT infrastructure and software through a single integrated portal, thus securing management efficiency for its IT assets.
