Background

As the importance of the domestic courier/logistics industry continues to expand, the Daejeon Smart Mega Hub Terminal opened in January 2024 to strengthen its core capabilities and secure new growth engines to increase its courier market share. This project provided 3D integrated monitoring technology from an integrated perspective on security, facility operation, and facility status monitoring information for major logistics facilities within the mega hub.

Details

To establish an intelligent management system within the logistics center by using 3D integrated monitoring technology and AI video analysis, the project established a system in collaboration with S security company. This was done to resolve problems quickly by automatically activating CCTV footage near the facility where issues occur and monitoring the status of various logistics facilities based on logistics scanner equipment. This would also enable field workers to see the exact situation.
