Background

As N Life Insurance sequentially introduced and utilized various business-related IT services over time, managing each IT system became difficult. It needed a system that could clearly manage and support services that could manage the entire life cycle of IT services, from the signing of a contract to the system’s operation and end of its service life. Thus, the company decided to establish two major objectives and introduce an IT portal system that can support IT services.

N Life Insurance built a system in which a single work flow can create a CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for overall tasks, including planning, budget, and assets for IT services in operation within the IT portal system, and arrange them organically.

Its system manages the entire life cycle of IT services naturally while complying with standardized business regulations and policies within the N Financial Group by simply following the business processes within the IT portal system.
